Once the landscape plan and budget has been approved we can start the installation.
We begin with prep work and grading. Next we choose the best trees, plants and flowers from our nurseries as well as architectural features. The largest materials, trees, fountains, putting greens are installed first. We have considerable experience in difficult to reach areas with our variety of large and small machinery, cranes and even barges for waterfront lots. Shrubs, ground cover and flowers are next, followed by mulch and rock.
At all times we try to be as least disruptive to the home and existing landscaping. We always have owner Daniel Schilling or a manager on-site to supervise the entire project and to answer any questions. We are fully licensed and insured and carry complete workers comp.
With our broad knowledge of landscape architecture and Florida’s trees, shrubs and plants, a plan can be developed that not only enhances the appearance of your property, but will also be appropriate to the various exposures around the home. We are more than happy to give you a tour of some of our estates to help finalize your choices. Once we know your preferences, we can provide you with complete drawings and a detailed budget breakdown for all plant material, prep work and hardscape costs.
